Welcome to ZARA Convention Center. By making a booking through our website or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings for ZARA Convention Center are subject to availability. A non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This advance is collected securely through our online payment gateway (Razorpay). The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the event at the hall premises.

Bookings are confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from us.

2. Hall Usage Hours

The hall is available for use from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM only. Entry and all activities, including cleanup and vacating of the premises, must be completed by 11:00 PM. This is in compliance with local legal requirements. No extensions will be granted beyond this time under any circumstances.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the entire premises of ZARA Convention Center:

  • Consumption of alcohol in any form

  • Smoking or use of tobacco products inside or on the premises

  • Any illegal activities or behaviour

  • Causing damage to property, equipment, or fixtures

  • Exceeding the permitted guest capacity

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate termination of the event without any refund.

4. CCTV Surveillance

ZARA Convention Center is fully covered by CCTV cameras throughout the premises including all common areas, halls, corridors, and entry/exit points. By booking and using our facility, you and your guests consent to being recorded for security purposes.

5. Liability

ZARA Convention Center is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests or organisers during the event. The organisers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to the hall or equipment during their booking period. Any damage caused will be charged to the organiser.

6. Force Majeure

ZARA Convention Center will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the hall due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government orders, or any other unforeseen events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Kerala. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
