Advance Payment — Non-Refundable

The advance payment made at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, change of plans, or any other reason.

The full advance amount will be forfeited and no part of it will be returned to the customer.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance (total booking amount minus advance paid) is due on the day of the event at the hall premises before the event begins. This amount is collected in cash or via approved payment methods at the venue.

No Partial Refunds

ZARA Convention Center does not offer partial refunds on any payment made — advance or otherwise. All payments made are final.

Payment Disputes

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For any payment-related technical issues (such as amount deducted but booking not confirmed), contact us immediately at 8129022336 or 9567673440 and we will resolve it within 5–7 business days in coordination with the payment gateway.
