Zara Convention Center — Effective Date: July 2026

ADVANCE PAYMENT
All bookings require an advance payment of ₹10,000 at the time of confirmation. This advance is adjustable against the final bill for your event.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

Notice of 30 days or more before the event:
50% of the advance amount (₹5,000) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Notice of 15 to 29 days before the event:
25% of the advance amount (₹2,500) will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

Notice of less than 15 days before the event:
No refund will be issued. The full advance amount will be forfeited.

DATE RESCHEDULING
One rescheduling is permitted without penalty, subject to availability of the new date, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the original event date. Subsequent rescheduling requests are subject to a ₹2,000 administrative fee.

CANCELLATION BY ZARA CONVENTION CENTER
In the event that Zara Convention Center cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a 100% refund of the advance amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date is determined by the date of written communication received by us.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Razorpay processing times may add 3–5 additional business days.
