Effective Date: August 2026

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of ₹25,000 is collected at the time of booking and
confirms the reservation. It is held in addition to the hall rent and is not
adjusted against the final bill.

The deposit is refunded in full after the event, provided the hall is handed back
to the Management in the same condition in which it was handed over, without any
damage, alteration, or loss.

HALL RENT
The hall rent is payable in full at least one week prior to the booking date.
All rates are inclusive of GST.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
If a booking is cancelled, ₹10,000 is deducted from the ₹25,000 security deposit
and the balance of ₹15,000 is refunded to the original payment method within
7–10 working days. Any hall rent already paid is refunded in full.

CHANGE OF DATE
Requests to change the event date may be accommodated, subject to availability
of the hall.

CANCELLATION BY ZARA CONVENTION CENTER
In the event that Zara Convention Center cancels a confirmed booking due to
natural calamity, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, the full
security deposit — together with any hall rent already paid — is refunded within
7–10 working days.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed as cheque or cash directly from the office.
